DATA ANALYST (Fresher)

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Type of the position: Full-time permanent; 
• Working time: Mon - Fri; 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (flexible)
• Working location: F-Central; 16A Le Hong Phong, ward 12, district 10, HCMC
• This position will report to Senior Data Analyst
• Monthly salary: 6,000,000 VND

JOB DESCRIPTION

Before heading the job, it is highly suggested that you should know some basic information about us:

• Our client is a B2B European-based telecommunication corporation that has been serving nearly 90% of the world’s countries and territories.
• For over 14 years of cooperation, Officience has been providing strategic data analytics service for this Client and still carries the promise as one of the most trust-worthy business partners so far.

On a daily basis, your tasks include:

• Timely advice, assist and provide the accuracy of the availability and cost information regarding the Client’s products & services via online tools (emails, IP phone, chatting)
• Cooperate with other related teams in doing the same tasks if needed
• Gradually keep the Client’s database in good condition to  easily track the volume, content and outcomes of enquiries received
• Periodically produce reports to client on request (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fresh graduate or at most 1 year working experience at ANY fields or majors
• Good English communication 
• Good skills in in both logical thinking and customer service
• Careful, eager to learn & share, flexible, result-oriented
• Can work under high pressure alone or as in a team
• Good at MS Office
