JOB DESCRIPTION

Your mission will be to help people in Officience to find their Element: Help them with their career path, and build a suitable training plan for professional and personal success.
This includes 3 aspects: Training, Career Development, and HR support as following:
----
1. Training:
- Identify and assess the training needs of Officience through job analysis, career paths, wishes and opinions from Team Engagers/ leaders and/ or individuals if any
- Select and manage training vendors considering all the corresponding factors including price, quality and the applicability of of the training contents
- Be a sustainable bridge between Team Engagers/ leaders and the Trainers to plan and deliver the right and on-time training programs to meet training needs which supports the company’s improvement on performance
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods
- Make sure the training contents are fully clear and support the right purpose with all Team Engagers/ leaders before the training days are organized
- Effectively manage the training budget
- Translate materials, manuals for training courses (if necessary)
- Record and maintain training database
- Keep an open mind for new training needs especially the simple and creative ones, make sure they are easy to apply and practice

2. Career Development:
- Work with the HR team/Clusters/Leaders to follow and develop a career path for employees
- Be an ambassador for continuous learning and development

3. HR Support:
- Organize & support events from the HR team in general
- In charge of other HR tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 2 years experience in training and development management
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent in developing and executing successful training programs
- Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Meticulous attention to detail
- BIG PLUS: Degree/certificate in psychology/communication
